Time for you 2018 - three days dedicated to fitness,

healthy food, rest & relaxation. 

After two hugely successful years we are really excited to once again be bringing SLJ Time For You back in March. This year the event will be based at the outdoor Bowls Complex at Hollybush. Each day will start at 09.00 with a registration, then the first classes kick off at 9.15. We finish at 3pm in time to collect the kids from school! 

The event is run over three days, come to all three or just one or two days. 

Classes available  Each year we introduce new classes with new instructors and bring back some of your favourites. This year is no exception, alongside our regular Power Walks and Runs we will be helping you with your sleep, your wardrobe, your hormones and your glutes! The final timetable is still under construction but as soon as it is available, we will let you know. The range of classes means that the event is suitable for ANYONE to come along to, many of our attendees last year were not runners but enjoyed the Power Walks and studio classes. 

It seems that the Food and drinks is what everyone talks about, and this year with a full size oven to use, we hope to delight you further! After the first class we will have a mid morning break where you can enjoy fruit or herb teas or coffee. We will revive your sugar levels with our Power Bars or a juice giving you a chance to try a variety of recipes. A mid morning class of your choice will precede a homemade tasty lunch designed to inspire you to try some different foods, no floppy cheese sandwiches allowed! At the end of the day we will serve afternoon tea and you can sample our healthy tasty cakes. 

After the afternoon sessions we will finish with a chat and some downtime, compare notes over a slice of cake or some other treat that you may not have expected. Love Sam x
