SLJ offer a range of STOTT pilates classes designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Our classes are taught by our highly skilled instructors Priska and Sam. Anyone is welcome to join the class, regardless of age or ability. If you are looking for a new form of exercise, this class might be just what you are looking for.
Our coaches use a range of tools such as bands, wobble cushions, small weighted balls and bands to ensure you enjoy a range of different exercises and promote an increase in strenght.
