SLJ Fitball classes offer you a fun hour of fitness. Using hand weights, bands, wobble boards in addition to the fitballs, each class will work you in a different way.
Each class lasts an hour and consists of
- Warm up - to get your blood pumping, muscles warmed up and mobilise your joints.
- Metabolic Boost - each week we will vary how we raise your pulse and work the main muscle groups in this metabolic focused part of the session.
- Balance - This section of the session uses wobble boards, cushions and fitballs to challenge our balance and improve it
- Arms - Using weights, no weights, balls and body weight. Each week we will focus on toning and strengthening our arms - think banish bingo wings!
- Bums and Tums - As well as looking good, strong glutes and core help prevent injuries and can alleviate aches and pains.
- Cool down and Stretches - sending you on your way stretched and relaxed.
